Hoa Nguyen
As an ESTP (Myers–Briggs personality type), entrepreneurship is in Hoa’s DNA. He is well known for his analytical and interpersonal skills, and his ability to perceive, anticipate and respond to people’s & organizations’ needs. His critical & strategic thinking ability, resourcefulness, strong networking, and relationship-building aptitude along with a proven track record as YCW’s BD Director, propelled him to be our President.
He is also serving as an Ambassador at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands and the European Chamber of Digital Commerce, and an Advisor at LCM Group and Immigrants Women in Business.
Sifiso Khoza
Most people are drawn to warm and loving individuals, Sifiso is such man. Making him an effective Managing Director for YCW because our culture is people first! However, personality traits don’t qualify one’s role but his skills and experience. Sifiso had managed teams translating the most widely distributed magazine in the world and broadcasting to a 100,000+ live audience. Additionally, he had served as a Chairman of the South Africa Disaster Relief Committee for a global non-profit organization.
We are glad to have Sifiso as our Chief Managing Director!
Advisors
André Laperrière
Since 2015, Mr. Laperrière has been serving the Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition (GODAN, United Nations) as its first Executive Director. During his career, he has led & managed numerous projects on behalf of large private corporations and within the UN & the World Bank. He played a senior role in the design and the implementation of major reforms within a number of agencies such as the International Criminal Court, the World Health Organization and UNICEF. Prior to his career in the UN, he was the Director of International Services at PwC. In this position, he led multiple large-scale business evaluations, privatizations, mergers and structural reform projects in Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Caribbean. He is an expert in international development.
Mark Reece
Mark started his entrepreneurial journey at the tender age of 8 by developing and launching a portable shoeshine box stand in Toronto, Canada. With decades in sales, marketing and business development, he still feels like 25! He launched numerous customer focused marketing programs for multi-billion-dollar corporations with average double-digit growth & positive profit margins. With his passion for entrepreneurship, he founded LCM Group to nurture, and mentor Entrepreneurs to own their future. As an Economist and Strategic Marketer, Mark is focused on social good initiatives as we all have a responsibility to each other and our community. Mark as a leader has received the Goodyear Corporation Division Leadership Award, and he has global contacts for generating sales revenue and funding.
Svetlana Ratnikova
Svetlana brings a wealth of international experience to our firm from entrepreneurial to corporate to recruiting to marketing. She is values-driven and passionate about being on the front edge, inspiring growth, and developing teams. In 2001 Svetlana launched Terra Naturals Inc. with the mission to improve lives through natural products. Svetlana is the founder and CEO of a non-profit social enterprise aimed at helping Immigrant Women in the Business world succeed. She is also the COO of Receiving Through Giving. Svetlana is the heart, the bridge, and the “feminine touch” of our Advisory Board!

Naomi is our expert for the Medical, HR, and Office Administration personnel. She has a wealth of experience after spending over 30 years in the field from medical clinics to the Department of Oncology at McGill University to McMaster University’s Faculty of Health Sciences. In 2021, both universities were in the top 25 world’s best Universities in Medicine, and McMaster University is the 11th and 2nd in Canada.

He has built an established network from his experience in the manufacturing industry. Furthermore, he has been widening his network by assisting Filipinos and International investors investing in the Philippines’ real estate for many years. Consequently, she knows what qualified your flight attendants to provide an elevated flight experience creating loyalty amongst your passengers.
